Get stronger, at your own pace.
The stairs feel steeper. Your back aches after a long day. You want to feel capable again.
Strength is built slowly, with good form.
Muscle and bone respond to regular strength work at any age. Two or three sessions a week, with careful form and gradually heavier work, is how strength builds.
In our strength and Pilates classes, an instructor watches every move and adjusts it for you.
Where to start
Two classes a week is a good rhythm. One is a good start.

What about weight?
Strength training builds muscle, which supports your metabolism over time. We focus on what your body can do, and never promise a number on the scale.
Questions about starting strength.
I’ve never lifted. Can I start?
Yes. Our strength classes are built for beginners, and every move starts light.
Will I get bulky?
No. Building visible bulk takes years of very specific training. Our classes build strength and steadiness.
How often should I come?
Two or three times a week works well. Start with one if that’s what fits your week.
